Cancel my loan
Cancel an ongoing loan application
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
- Find and select the application
- In the top-left corner, look for the 'X' icon or tap the back arrow until you see it
- Tap this 'X' icon to close the application
You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. However, you can still reject the loan offer once the review of your application is complete and you receive a notification about the outcome.
Cancel the loan after signing the agreement
Cancelling the loan after you have signed the agreement isn't possible.
You do have the option of paying off the full balance — along with any interest accrued up until that point — to terminate the loan contract early. Choose 'Pay off your loan in full' through the 'Personal Loan' section to complete the process.
No additional penalties or fees are charged when you repay the full amount of the loan early.
