How can we help?

Does Revolut charge for cash withdrawal?

Withdrawing cash with the Revolut multi-currency card is generally at no cost. However, to be sustainable, we have to employ a fair usage policy.

Cash withdrawals are not charged up to A$350 per month, and anything over is charged 2%.

Currency exchange transactions are also at no cost up to A$9000 per month, and anything over is charged 0.5% (see our Fees page).

You can check your remaining allowance any time under your current price plan in the 'Profile' section.

Please select the country in which your Revolut user agreement was signed prior to using our FAQs. Terms may differ depending on your region.

Revolut does not charge a fee when withdrawing cash from an ATM using your Revolut card, up to the limits of your plan. After you hit these limits, we will charge a fee. The withdrawal limits on our plans are as follows:

  • Standard plan users can withdraw a total of A$350
  • Premium users have A$700 per month in fee free ATM withdrawals
  • Metal users can have A$1400 per month in fee free ATM withdrawals

Above these limits, you will pay a 2% fee on all funds withdrawn.

If you’re withdrawing from an ATM in a currency you don’t hold in your wallet, this will involve a conversion. Normal fees above your free conversion limits will also apply for that conversion.

You can check your remaining allowance any time under your current price plan in the 'Profile' section of the App.

Note: The ATM provider may also charge a separate fee.
