Lost or stolen device
If any device was lost, stolen, or may be at risk, follow the below steps where possible to help secure your account.
Change your passcode
- Log in on a mobile device
- Go to your 'Profile' on the top left
- Tap 'Security & privacy'
- Select 'Change passcode'
- Follow the prompts to change your passcode
Remove lost or stolen device
- Log in on a mobile device or on the web
- Go to your 'Profile' on the top left
- Tap on 'Security & privacy'
- Select 'Devices'
- Swipe left on the lost or stolen device to log out
Report any suspicious activity
- If you've noticed additional login attempts, please contact us
- Review your transactions and tap on any transactions that weren't done by you
