My friend ordered a card, but I didn’t get the reward. Why?
Your friend may have only ordered a virtual card instead of a physical one.
How to order a physical card
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap the card icon in the top-right corner
- Tap 'Add new'
- Choose a physical card and complete the order
Delivery fees may apply. Ordering a card associated with Revolut – Kids & Teens, Revolut Business, or a joint account won't count. To read the terms:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Invite friends' to see details of the Referrals campaign relevant to you
- Scroll down and tap on 'Terms & Conditions'
