What is the RevPoints loyalty program?
RevPoints is Revolut's loyalty programme where you can earn points and redeem them for rewards. RevPoints can't be exchanged for cash.
How do I join RevPoints?
In the Revolut app:
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Join for free'
- Read the feature information and tap 'Get started'
- On the 'Your RevPoints' screen, read your earning options, and tap 'Continue'
- Follow the prompts to turn on spare change, or tap 'Not now' to skip this step
I haven't received my RevPoints
RevPoints aren't awarded for certain transactions. You can find all excluded transactions in this FAQ.
For eligible card payments, points are added to your account immediately after the transaction is made. For Shops rewards, points may take a little longer to be issued.
Where can I see my RevPoints?
In the Revolut app:
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
- Tap your points balance
Closing my RevPoints account
If you have decided to close your RevPoints account, simply contact us via our in-app chat, and we'll do it for you.
Once you confirm you want to disable RevPoints, all your existing points will be voided, and you'll no longer be able to earn RevPoints. Voided points cannot be recovered.
