Why did my beneficiary receive an amount less than I sent?
Your beneficiary may receive less than the amount you sent due to various reasons:
- Transfers in different currencies: The bank may charge an exchange fee if the currency is not the same as the beneficiary's account.
- SWIFT Transfers: Intermediary banks may charge handling fees.
- Beneficiary Bank's Fees: The beneficiary bank may charge a fee for incoming transfers.
Revolut fees for transfers are always visible in the app before sending the transfer and in the transfer details after completion.
