Your PayTo agreements are stored by NPP Australia — the people behind PayID — in a secure, encrypted database.
How to setup a new PayTo agreement
- Provide your PayID, or BSB and account number to the merchant
- Tap the ‘PayTo approval’ push notification or ‘Review authorisation’ tile in-app
- Review the authorisation request carefully
- Tap ‘Authorise’ to approve or ‘Decline’ to reject
How to update an existing PayTo agreement
- Contact the merchant to update the PayTo agreement
- Tap the ‘PayTo approval’ push notification or ‘Review authorisation’ tile in-app
- Review the authorisation update carefully
- Tap ‘Authorise changes’ to approve or ‘Decline changes’ to reject
Your original PayTo agreement will continue to remain active if you decline changes.
