Your PayTo agreements are stored by NPP Australia — the people behind PayID — in a secure, encrypted database.

How to setup a new PayTo agreement

  • Provide your PayID, or BSB and account number to the merchant
  • Tap the ‘PayTo approval’ push notification or ‘Review authorisation’ tile in-app
  • Review the authorisation request carefully
  • Tap ‘Authorise’ to approve or ‘Decline’ to reject

How to update an existing PayTo agreement

  • Contact the merchant to update the PayTo agreement
  • Tap the ‘PayTo approval’ push notification or ‘Review authorisation’ tile in-app
  • Review the authorisation update carefully
  • Tap ‘Authorise changes’ to approve or ‘Decline changes’ to reject

Your original PayTo agreement will continue to remain active if you decline changes.
