How do I create and manage Purchase Orders?

Creating a Purchase Order

From the side navigation on our web app, go to 'Bills' → 'Purchase Orders'. Select '+ New' to begin creating a new Purchase Order.

We don't currently support Purchase Order creation from our mobile app.

Viewing and managing Purchase Orders

From the 'Purchase Orders' home page, you’ll see a list of all Purchase Orders across different states. You can search by supplier name or PO number to find what you need.

Click any Purchase Order to view the details, including linked bills, approval status, and line-item breakdowns.
