Do I need to do anything before connecting the integration?

  • You must have the administrator permissions in Business Central to enable the connection
  • You must use the Online version of Business Central, the 'On Premise' version is not supported by the connection

Install the extension

  • Go to the 'Extension Management' section, search for ‘Chift’, and install it
  • You can track the progress by going to 'Search' and searching 'Extension Installation Status'
