Linking Exact Online to multiple Revolut accounts

During the first connection, you can choose to allow only the current division or all divisions in Exact Online. Change this later in Exact Online by adjusting the permitted companies:

  • Open the 'Import/Export' settings
  • Select 'App permissions'
  • Choose the Revolut Business app
  • Select 'Permitted companies' — here you can allow all current and future companies, or select 'Manage companies' to only allow specific companies

Note, if you choose 'Create new' during mapping and the same name (account name and currency) already exists in Exact Online, mapping will fail.
