How do I order payment device accessories?

You can order the accessories before applying for a Merchant account, but your accessories will be shipped once your Merchant account application is approved and you complete your identity verification. You won't be charged until your application is approved.

Order accessories via web app

Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu
Go to the In-store sub-menu
Select the required accessory
Review the information and choose the accessory colour
Click 'Buy now'

Order accessories via mobile app

Open the Revolut Business app
Go to 'Merchant'
Go to 'Hardware'
Browse and order the available accessories
