If we need additional information about your business income, you'll receive an email, push notification, and see a banner on your 'Home' screen.
Providing this information will help us keep your account up to date. Failing to provide this information may result in your account getting restricted or terminated as per our T&Cs.
Supported documents
You can view what documents we're requesting from you by selecting the banner indicating we need more information on your in-app 'Home' screen.
Documents may include contracts or invoices with your business partners, tax statements, or information about your company shareholders' source of wealth. Keep in mind the following:
- Your name on the document must match the name on your Revolut account
- Make sure you're providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding your business transactions or source of income
- Contracts must be signed and dated, with address and name details visible. Any amounts should be fully visible
Tips for uploading documents
- Update your app to the latest version
- Make sure all documents are clear and readable. Documents that are covered up or cut out of the frame won't be accepted
- Upload PDFs or photos of physical documents. Screenshots are not accepted
I'm expecting a large transfer
For some high-value transactions, we need to perform a few extra security checks, which may slow things down. To speed up the review process, you can let us know if you're expecting a large incoming transaction in advance by submitting some relevant documents via this form.
