What are the limits of cover and deductibles with Ultra trip and event cancellation protection?

Depending on whether you’re claiming for a cancellation due to an insured reason or for any reason, different limits and deductibles apply.

Cancellation for an insured reason

  • Coverage: 100% of non-refundable costs for trips cancelled for an insured reason. Learn more about what’s insured in this FAQ
  • Deductible: €50
  • Trip value: minimum value of €51 after the deductible
  • Coverage limits: maximum of €5,000 per claim and annually

Cancellation for any reason

  • Coverage: 70% of non-refundable costs for trips or events cancelled for any reason
  • Deductible: 30%
  • Trip/event value: minimum €25 after the deductible has been applied
  • Coverage limits: maximum of €2,500 per claim and up to €5,000 annually
