How can I view my travel insurance policy documents?
To view or download insurance documents tap 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Insure' → 'Travel' → select a type → 'All Documents'.
All documents and policy wording are also available in your XCover account. To activate your XCover account, create a password using the XCover link, tap 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Insure' → 'Travel' → select a type → 'Get Help'.
Your XCover account is linked to the email associated with your Revolut account. You can access XCover via Revolut or by visiting this website.
If your insurance provider is or Allianz, please contact us on chat to receive your insurance documents. To check your insurance provider, depending on the date of the claim incident, please read this article.
The policy will be only available in-app in the language of the country your account is registered in. If you need the policy in any other language or paper copies of your insurance documents, please let us know.
