Can my companion be covered by travel insurance?
For Metal and Ultra customers
Spouses or cohabitants (live together for a minimum 12 months) and eligible children (including the stepchildren, foster children, adopted children or children currently in the adoption process - must be a maximum 17 years of age at the time of travel).
Companions must travel with the account holder.
Companions not meeting this definition need their own insurance.

Your eligible companions are covered, even if they're not visible on the statement of insurance.
Adding your companions to the statement of insurance is optional, you can do it logging on this website (choose cancel/modify option). Policy is your main contract and statement is the addition to the contract.
