I’ve been charged twice

If you’ve been charged twice by mistake, one payment should be reverted. Select your payment from your transactions to see the reversal date.

Delayed payment

If there is a delayed payment, check if it's a duplicate or whether the original one is pending or reverted.

Submit a chargeback request

If you would like to proceed with submitting a chargeback request through Revolut, please follow the steps below 7 days after the transaction was initiated:

  1. Select the relevant transaction
  2. Choose 'Get help'
  3. Choose the relevant issue and submit the request with the necessary details
