Invited team member identity verification
Each team member invited to join the Revolut Business account needs to complete a quick identity verification check.
Steps to verify a new team member
The invitee must complete all verification steps in a single live session.
- The owner or admin of the account invites a colleague via the 'Team' menu in-app
- The invitee receives an email invitation and accepts the invitation
- The invitee needs to create login credentials and fill in their personal details
- Team members invited with admin and accountant roles need to verify their identity with an ID and provide a video selfie. See this FAQ about requirements for identity verification
If an incorrect document is submitted, you can delete the invited profile in the 'Team' menu, and invite them again.
Based on the invitee's country of residence, limitations on permissions, ordering cards, and their ability to complete verification may apply. For details, see this FAQ.
How long will verification take?
Verification can take up to 5 business days. Check your 'Home' screen in-app to ensure you have no additional requests from us.
