I've been charged more than once for the same transaction

If you’ve been charged twice by mistake, it’s usually faster to resolve this issue with the merchant directly, and they should refund you. It could be a payment on hold, which can take up to 15 days to be automatically credited back to your available balance.

If you have already tried to resolve the issue with the merchant but they refused to help, 7 days after the transaction is made you can submit a chargeback request with us:

  1. Select the relevant transaction → 'Report an issue'
  2. Choose the relevant issue and submit the request with the necessary details
