Account statements
Account statements provide a summary of the financial activity of an account. They contain the following information:
- Company name
- Registered address
- Account name and details
- Opening and closing balance from a selected currency account
- Transaction types within the chosen date range
- Transaction summary with each selected currency account on a separate page
Download your account statement
- Go to 'Home' on the main menu
- Click the three dots '...' and select Statements
- Choose ‘Account statement'
- Select your currency account. Each currency account will have an individual statement generated
- Choose the period and date range. You cannot select a date prior to your account open date
- Choose the file type. We support PDF, CSV, XML (Camt.053), and TXT (MT940) formats
- Choose whether you want a signed and stamped document (only available for PDF)
- Click on 'Generate' to download the file or 'Share' to send it via email
Documents are in the language your Revolut Business app is currently set to in the Appearance settings.
Getting your statement in local time instead of UTC
By default, all statements are generated using UTC times. When downloaded in the CSV format, the statement can include both local time and UTC time of transactions.
- Set up your chosen local time by going to Appearance settings
- Any future downloads of account statements will then include local times
Can't access statements
To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account Owner or Admin to grant you access.
