How can I stop syncing transactions to Xero?
To temporarily (or definitively) stop syncing, you'll need to remove accounts from the Xero bank feed. To do this in the Revolut Business app:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Click 'Integrations'
- Select 'Accounting' and then 'Xero'
- Select 'Bank feed' and remove the relevant account. You can also disconnect the whole Xero integration
Disconnecting bank feed from Xero
Alternatively, to disconnect from within Xero:
- In the Accounting menu, select 'Bank accounts'
- Next to the account that has the feed you want to stop, click 'Manage Account'
- Under Bank Feeds, click 'Disconnect feed', then click 'Disconnect'
Managing the Expense Management integration
If you disconnect Xero, the Expense Management integration will also be disconnected. However, you can disconnect Expense Management separately while keeping the bank feed active. No data will be deleted, so you can reconnect anytime without duplicates or data loss.
