Revolut doesn't have access to your claim and can't confirm your eligibility for cover, so you’ll need to contact the provider directly to check up on an existing claim.

• In the search bar at the top of the screen, search for 'Insurance'
• Select 'Insurance'
• Select 'Travel insurance' and tap 'Get help'

If you have an ongoing claim with XCover, you can contact them via the XCover website.
