How to create team member profiles

On the Revolut web portal, head to the Team section. Here you can add a new team member or edit existing ones. To set up a team member's profile, you'll need to:

  • Enter their name and email
  • Choose a 4-digit passcode which they'll use to log in to the Revolut POS iPad app
  • Choose the permissions they'll have access to (e.g. Manager, timeclock, refund, discount, void items, or application settings permissions)

Team member profiles are managed individually for each location, allowing you to assign and update employee details based on specific business sites.
