My Ramp payment failed. What should I do?

If your payment has failed, here are some solutions you can try:

  • Check your card details are correct and try again;
  • Check if 3DS authentication is working correctly or showing up in your banking app;
  • Make sure there’s enough money in the account you’re paying from;
  • Try again with a different card;
  • If you have a Revolut account, try purchasing crypto from the 'Crypto' section using your account balance.
