My Ramp payment was completed but I didn’t receive the crypto. What should I do?

Make sure to check the transaction hash sent to you via email or accessible in your transaction history on the Revolut Ramp website. With the transaction hash, you can track the transaction on a block explorer (such as Etherscan for transactions on Ethereum).

Sometimes, the interface of your wallet app may not show the transaction history even though the transaction has completed - check whether your balance has increased by the amount of the transaction. 

If you sent the crypto to the incorrect address, unfortunately there is nothing we can do as crypto transfers are irreversible.
