Stock delisting
When a company is delisted, its stock no longer trades on one of the major stock exchanges. You still own the same percentage of companies as before.
OTC trading
Upon delisting, some stocks may begin trading over-the-counter (OTC), although this isn't guaranteed. In some cases, your investment could be affected or lost.
If a stock is delisted and transitions to OTC trading, we aim to notify you about the available OTC instrument to sell your entire position. Our executing broker, DriveWealth, aims to execute the trade within 2 trading days, though delays may happen.
Unsold positions
If no sell instruction is received, the delisted stock will remain in your portfolio at indicative (estimated) prices in-app.
Automatic liquidation
There may be circumstances in which the stock is delisted, and our third-party broker might liquidate your open position on your behalf. In these cases, we'll aim to communicate this to you in advance. Any proceeds from the liquidation of your position will be credited to your investment account.
