Order a physical card

How to order a new card

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Tap the card icon in the top right corner
  • Tap 'Add new'
  • Choose the account you wish to order a card for
  • Tap 'Physical card'
  • Swipe between cards to choose the card type and design
  • Follow the prompts to complete your order

Each card type has a fixed card brand — Visa or Mastercard — which can't be changed. Learn more about choosing a card brand in this FAQ.

Delivery fees

  • All customers can select between standard and express delivery
  • Choosing express delivery may incur additional delivery fees, depending on your plan

  • All customers get their first combo card and global debit card at no cost
  • Additional card fees may vary depending on your plan and which card design you select

The final cost of your additional card depends on the card type, customization, and delivery. We'll always show you any applicable fees before you complete your order.

Lost or compromised card

If a card was lost or stolen, read this FAQ before ordering a new one and see if it covers your circumstances. If your card has been used fraudulently, freeze the card immediately in the Revolut app. To do so:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Tap the card icon in the top right corner
  • Find your card and select 'Freeze'

Once your card is secured, you can proceed with ordering a new physical card through the app.
