We have a combo card in Brazil that works as a credit card and also as a local debit card for customers approved on the credit analysis who accepted our credit limit offer.

If the customer isn't approved after a Credit Card request, this combo card will behave as a local debit card only and will be seen in-app as 'Local Debit'.
