How can I request a credit card?

As we're still in the process of launching Revolut Credit Cards in Brazil, access is currently limited. If you don't have the option yet, we'll let you know in-app and through email as soon as this product becomes available to you.

Keep an eye out for updates — you can find the latest news on our website or by opting in to receive marketing notifications from us. Our customer support team doesn’t have additional details or the ability to offer this product to you before it's available.

Information required for a credit check

The details we need to carry out our internal credit analysis can’t be shared. If we need any additional information as part of your request, we’ll let you know.

At Revolut, we have strong data management policies, which follow all regulatory obligations — such as the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).

When will I receive the outcome of my credit card request?

We usually respond to requests right away, unless we need any additional information or documents. In that case, we'll let you know exactly what we need and how to provide it to us.
