Credit card repayments

Paying using account balance

You can either manually pay your statements or set up the AutoPay feature. If you set up AutoPay, you can set a full payment or a minimum payment to be collected on the due date. If you choose to manually repay your card, you'll be able to choose one of the options below:

  • Full payment
  • Minimum payment (or anything above minimum and less than full). This activates revolving interest on the balance leftover after the payment
  • Installments with interest through our Statement Financing feature

If you fail to make your repayments, late payment interest and a late payment fee will also be charged alongside the default interest that applies as part of your credit agreement.

Boleto and PIX

When paying manually, and also through the Credit Card statement PDF file sent to your email, you can choose to pay through Boleto or PIX. Here's how:

  • Boleto: within 'Repayment' in the 'Credit Card' menu, you can generate a Boleto and then copy and paste its code in an external bank account. Alternatively, you can scan the bar code in the statement PDF file
  • PIX: within 'Repayment' in the 'Credit Card' menu, you'll have a PIX code that can be copied and pasted. Alternatively, you can scan the PIX QR code in the statement PDF file

Be aware of Boleto processing dates

When paying a Boleto, your payment may take up to 2 business days to be recognized. We'll wait this processing period before charging any late fee or interest, but after that the late charges will be applicable.

On the other hand, PIX payments are recognized instantly.
