Cash withdrawal limits and fees

Withdrawal fees and limits

Revolut customers can make a certain number of ATM withdrawals or withdraw up to a maximum amount, at no cost. This limit varies according to the customer’s plan and is shared across withdrawals in Brazilian real (BRL) and foreign currencies.

You can check your allowance for withdrawals at no cost and fees under your plan in your in-app 'Profile'.

Some ATM providers might limit the amount you withdraw in a single transaction. In this case, you may need to make more than one withdrawal depending on the amount you require.

Exchange fees

In case we need to exchange currencies for your withdrawal (e.g. you’re withdrawing euro (EUR) but have only US dollar (USD) in your account), you may be subject to additional fees if you exchange currency on weekends (incurring weekend fees), or if you exceed the fair exchange usage limit.

Each plan may have different rates for both fees. You can check the fees under your plan in your in-app 'Profile' or on our fees pages.

Weekend fees

We may charge you additional fees if an exchange happens on the weekend — from 17:00 Friday to 18:00 Sunday Eastern Time (ET). This additional fee is only applicable for non-BRL exchanges.

BRL exchanges have a separate rule, which you can find on our fees pages.

This limit resets on the date your current plan started. Check your limits in the your plan section in-app.

Non-Revolut fees

The ATM may charge you its own third-party fees. These should be shown to you before you complete a withdrawal.

If you're unsure whether we charged a fee, tap the 'ATM withdrawal' in your transactions list to view the details and check if you were charged.
