Why does the Boleto Finder not show certain boletos?

Why does this happen?

The Boleto Finder tracks registered boletos created under your Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF). Some bills won't show in the Boleto Finder because they are utility or tax payments with unique collection systems.

Which types of boletos won't appear?

Boleto Finder does not include tax collection vouchers like Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Veículos Automotores (IPVA), Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano (IPTU), and other government fees. It also excludes public utility bills, such as electricity, water, gas, and landlines.

How to handle missing boletos

  • Obtain the new boleto directly from the originating company
  • Once you have it, manually enter the numerical sequence or scan the barcode in the 'Boleto payment' section of the Revolut app to complete the payment
