Pix Saque and Pix Troco are features created by the Central Bank that allow customers to use Pix to withdraw cash at authorised establishments.

Pix Saque is a feature within Pix payment system that allows customers to withdraw cash from various locations like shops, gas stations, or ATMs after making a payment using a QR code.

The customers scans a Pix QR code at the merchant’s point of sale or ATM, make a Pix payment to the merchant equivalent to the amount they want to withdraw and once the Pix payment is confirmed, the merchant or ATM dispenses the corresponding amount of cash to the customer.

Pix Troco is a feature within Pix payment system that allows customers to request change when making a payment via Pix.

The customer makes a purchase at a merchant. They can use Pix to pay the total amount of the purchase plus an additional amount for change. After receiving the payment, the merchant keeps the amount corresponding to the purchase and returns the extra in cash to the customer.
