Need a hand?

There are two methods to choose from when receiving a Pix:

• Go to ‘Home’ on the bottom menu
• Under your balance, tap ‘Pix’
• Check for the Pix keys registered
• Share your key with the person who will make the payment
• If you have more than one Pix key, tap the dropdown button to view the others

If you don't have a Pix key registered:

• Go to ‘Home’ on the bottom menu
• Under your balance, tap ‘Pix’
• Select ‘New key’
• Choose the type of key you want (it can be a Tax ID, email, phone number, or a random key)
• Share your key with the person who will make the payment

You can also request a Pix payment using a QR code

• Go to ‘Home’ on the bottom menu
• Under your balance, tap ‘Pix’
• Select ‘Request’
• A QR code linked to your Pix key will be generated. You can add an amount and a description to the QR code, allowing the payer to see the details before making the payment
• Share your QR code with the payer
