Report a transaction

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Tap the transaction in your transactions list
  • Tap 'Get help'
  • Pick the most suitable option

The special refund mechanism (Mecanismo Especial de Devolução - MED) for Pix allows clients to request the reversal of fraudulent or unauthorised transactions. If a client identifies a problem with a payment, they can raise a refund request through the Revolut app within up to 90 days.

The bank receiving the funds analyses the case and, if valid, coordinates with Revolut to refund the money. The process for refunding money depends on having sufficient available balance in the beneficiary's account. The process can take up to 11 days.

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Click 'Help'
  • Scroll down and tap 'My requests'. Here, you can view all your requests and their current status
