How do I disconnect the integration?
From Odoo:
- Enable Developer mode
- Go to ‘Accounting’ and select ‘Configuration’
- Select ‘Online Synchronisation’
- Select your institution
- Click the cog icon in the top-right corner
- Select ‘Delete’ to remove the connection
If you're unable to reconnect using the ‘Reconnect’ button later on, contact Odoo support directly with your client ID or the error reference.
From Revolut:
- Log in to your Revolut Business account
- Go to the Integrations section
- Select 'Odoo'
- Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
- Click 'Disconnect'
