When are Oodo transactions synced and what do TTPs do?

After the first synchronisation, transactions (created journals) are automatically synchronised every 12 hours by default. You can also manually trigger synchronisation by clicking the ‘Synchronise now’ button on the dashboard. For manual retrieval:

  • Activate ‘Developer mode’
  • Go to ‘Accounting', then ‘Configuration’
  • Select ‘Online synchronisation’, select your account, and click 'Fetch transactions'

This synchronisation is facilitated by third-party providers (TPPs), which act as intermediaries to link your Revolut Business account securely to Odoo. They handle account linking, consent management, and banking data retrieval, enabling Odoo to automatically import your bank statements.
