Manually exporting expenses
You can download your expenses data, including the receipts, in a ZIP folder. Use the filters to refine your export, then follow the steps below on the Revolut Business web app:
- Go to Expenses
- Click 'Download'
- Download a CSV or PDF file for expenses within a chosen period
You can select a time range covering up to 100 days before exporting. If you need to export a full year, you need to export one quarter at a time. If you don't see the 'Download' option, check that you have the 'View expenses' permission.
Accounting integration
If you have an accounting integration set up, approved expenses and data, including receipts, sync automatically to the accounting software. To see the export status, you need to have the 'View expenses' permission.
If the expense failed to sync, try the following steps:
- Click the 3 dots in the top right, then 'Revert decision'
- Edit the expense fields if needed (such as category, if that was the reason for the export to fail)
- 'Submit' the expense and continue to 'Completed'
- Check that the export status becomes 'Exported'
