What are the fees for ordering a card?
For physical card orders, a fee is charged based on your plan, card type, and delivery method. We'll show you all applicable fees in-app before you order. Virtual cards are available at no cost. Paid plan customers can opt to order a card from a lower-tier plan.
- Card fees are a one-time charge for each additional card
- There are no monthly charges for having a physical card
- Special edition cards are available to each plan, upgrading to a higher plan will not decrease the fee for these cards. These cards cannot be provided for free
- There are no special or exclusive benefits associated with special edition cards beyond any associated plan benefits
Card fees per plan
- First Standard card: no card fee, only delivery fees apply
- First Premium, Metal, and Ultra card: no card fee once per 12-month billing cycle. Includes one replacement non-Metal card, additional Metal cards incur a fee

- Standard: CHF 4.99
- Premium and Metal: CHF 49.99
- Ultra: CHF 59.99
- Special edition: check in-app
Delivery fees
We offer Standard, Express, and Lightning delivery, subject to country service ability. You’ll only see eligible options at checkout. Lightning is paid for all plans. Premium, Metal, and Ultra get free Express delivery.
- Local standard untracked: CHF 5.99
- International standard untracked: CHF 7.99
- Express tracked: CHF 19.99
- Lightning (Standard plan): CHF 28.99
- Lightning (Premium, Metal, and Ultra plan): CHF 9.99
Customisation fees
- Standard: check in-app (if available)
- Premium, Metal, and Ultra: free customisation (if available)
Replacement fees may apply. While extra cards always incur a cost, replacement cards may also be subject to additional fees depending on the circumstances.
