Getting your document

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select 'Documents & statements'
  • Choose 'Personal'
  • Tap 'Account confirmation'

This document includes:

  • Account holder details (name, date of birth, email address, address)
  • Account status
  • Opening date
  • Wallet reference
  • Bank identifier code (BIC) and sort code
  • International bank account number (IBAN) and account numbers for all relevant accounts

We don't issue physical copies of documents or provide stamps on requested documents — all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
