QR code payments work the same way as a regular bank transfer. However, the recipient's details, such as their IBAN and SWIFT code, don’t need to be entered manually. You can edit any details scanned from the QR code before making the payment. To make QR code payments:

• The recipient bank account must have a Swiss IBAN
• The QR code shared must follow the standards created by SIX
• Your account must have sufficient balance to make the payment

• Go to the 'Transfers' section
• Select ‘Scan QR code’. This may be under ‘Settings’
• Scan the QR code shared with you or from your bill
• Add the recipient without editing details (unless necessary)
• Review transfer details and send

Receiving QR code payments isn't supported yet. If you want to receive money, share your bank account details for regular bank transfers.
