Need a hand?

QR code payments work the same way as a regular bank transfer, but you don't need to enter any details manually. Once you've scanned a code, you can edit any details before making the payment. To make QR code payments:

• The recipient bank account must have a Swiss IBAN
• The QR code shared must follow the standards created by SIX
• Your account must have sufficient balance to make the payment

• Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
• Tap the '+' icon in the top-right corner
• Tap the QR code symbol
• Scan the QR code you want to use
• Add the recipient and review the details
• If they're all correct, tap 'Send'

To receive QR code payments:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Select 'Details'
• Tap 'Share QR Code'
• Share your QR code with the sender
• Tap 'Share QR' to send your QR code to your contacts
