Trading orders routing
This FAQ explains how your orders are routed when you trade after we accept them.
Order routing process:
- We accept your order
- We transmit it to the third-party broker
- The third-party broker executes the order or routes it further
Your order may be rejected upon receipt if it fails to meet any criteria outlined in our T&Cs.
We’re obligated to act in your best interests when transmitting your order to another entity for execution or onward transmission.

Do Swiss customers have access to investment services?
