Withdraw funds from my Robo-Advisor account

Typically, the withdrawal process takes up to 5 business days (excluding market holidays and weekends) to be completed.

Withdrawal limits

  • The maximum withdrawal amount is your portfolio value minus the CHF10 we require to maintain your portfolio

You can withdraw your balance at any time. To keep your account active, there is a minimum account value requirement of CHF10. As a result, to keep your Robo-Advisor account active, you'll be unable to withdraw any amount that would result in your balance dropping below CHF10.
