Why has my transfer to a bank account or card been declined?

Please double-check that you have enough funds for the sending method you've selected. Transfers may also be declined if you're trying to send money to an unsupported merchant, such as a cryptocurrency exchange. If you’re using your debit or credit card, please ensure 'International Transactions' are enabled on the receiving bank account. This can be activated on your bank’s mobile, website or by reaching out to their support team.
