Why is my transfer to a bank account or card still pending?

We do our best to send your transfer to your beneficiary as quickly as possible. If you see that your transfer is pending, this could mean one of the following:

  • It is being processed by one of our payment processors, which can take up to 2 days;
  • We are verifying your account and address details;
  • Once you see that your transfer is completed, this means that your transfer is on its way to your beneficiary.

To prevent delays, please double-check that the beneficiary account details are correct.
