I want to cancel my transfer to a card

If you made a mistake, e.g., sent to the wrong card, sent a duplicate in error, or sent the wrong amount, the bank may be willing to correct the transfer.

The quickest way to determine if the bank is willing to assist is by reaching out to them directly, by calling the number on the back of the card. Alternatively, this can be initiated by us, and as soon as the bank confirms they're willing to correct the mistake, the funds will be returned.

If the recipient bank doesn't agree to collaborate, we won't be able to get the funds back.
