Allow team members to use the Revolut Terminal

To enable team members to use the terminal, you need to create a profile for them in your Revolut Business account and set them up with 'Merchant' permissions to manage 'In-Store' and 'POS'

Invite team members to Revolut Business

In the Revolut Business app:

  • Go to 'Team'
  • Select 'Invite'
  • Enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite
  • Assign 'Merchant' permissions to manage 'In-Store' and 'POS'

Grant team members access to the Revolut Terminal

In the Revolut Business app:

  • Go to 'Team' and select your team member's profile
  • Select 'Role' and view the role assigned to the profile
  • Select 'In-Store' and enable the toggles
  • Select 'POS' and enable the 'Manage POS app access' toggle
  • Hit 'Update'
