I set-up the integration but don't see any transactions in FreeAgent. What happened?

There could be several reasons for this:

  • Transaction is still pending and not completed.
  • Automatic Synchronisation’ is disabled in FreeAgent integration settings
  • Synchronisation is in the queue and it will be executed in a few hours
  • If you see any error messages in the FreeAgent integration settings page, please reach out to our support chat.
