How to change the account mapping?

If you have a Revolut Pocket that is mapped to a specific FreeAgent account and you want to change the mapping, or if you want to sync a new Revolut Pocket in FreeAgent, you can do it by following these steps:

  • Go to ‘Integrations’ and select 'FreeAgent'
  • Select 'Bank feed'
  • You'll see your ‘Linked accounts’
  • If you already have a FreeAgent account created and it's not mapped, you'll see it there as an option to be connected. If not, you can select 'Will be created' and a new FreeAgent account will be created

Sync error

A 'Sync error' may appear if, in FreeAgent, the 'Business current account' already exists and, on the Revolut side, the corresponding Pockets are correctly linked (with matching names), but you attempt to link an additional one marked as 'Will be created'.

To avoid this, you can change the account name in FreeAgent and then try linking the accounts again on the Revolut side.
