Integration set up but transactions not showing in Xero

We sync transactions with Xero every 4–6 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours. If your transactions haven't appeared yet, they might still be in the queue. If the problem persists, check the following:

  • Make sure you've connected the correct currency account(s) in the ‘Integration’ settings
  • Verify transactions have been fully processed before looking for them in Xero
  • Look for sync errors that might prevent exports. Follow on-screen instructions or contact Revolut Support via in-app chat

If none of the above apply, double check that you're viewing the correct account in Xero and have authorised the correct organisation in Xero.
